What We Collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, what you're looking to do (buy/sell/both), property address (for valuation requests), and any message you include. We do not collect this information through any other means on this site.

How We Use It

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you consent, to follow up about buying, selling, or other real estate services. Your information is stored in our client relationship management (CRM) system and is not sold to third parties.

Consent to Be Contacted

The consent box on our forms is optional. By checking it, you agree to the following: I agree to be contacted by McKay Estates Group LLC via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply "stop" at any time or reply "help" for assistance. You can also click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bryson@mckay-realty.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw consent and stop communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Replying HELP to any text message for assistance
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from us
• Emailing bryson@mckay-realty.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line
• Calling (405) 561-6455 and asking to be removed from future communications

Opt-out requests are honored promptly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect any in-progress transaction we're already assisting you with.

Data Retention & Sharing

Your information is retained in our CRM for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services or as required by law, and is shared only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our CRM provider) under their own confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (e.g., our SMS/CRM platform provider) or as required by law.
